Overall, Mi Casa Cantina is recognized for elevating the airport dining standard through consistency and attentiveness.
Barbacoa tacos were amazing and we are picky! Waiter matthew was fast and got us in and out in no time. Actually some of the best food and service at an airport we have ever had! Prices were up there but worth it for us to have quality food. Wine was 14 for good poor, hubs had good long island for 18. Drink prices in line with most other restaurants.
I landed several hours behind schedule with a craving for something healthy and flavorful, and Mi Casa Cantina absolutely delivered. There was no wait to be seated even during a crazy holiday travel rush, and the food was out in a matter of minutes. I loved the chips and guac, and the Carne Classico bowl. The atmosphere made it easy to forget I was in a crowded airport. Junarah was very friendly and provided exceptional service! I'll definitely be back on future layovers.
I guess there must be a lot of people who use SeaTac that are expecting a 5 star dining “experience” with fancy stuff filled with goat cheese crap. This place is above average for an airport vendor. Chill out folks and pack a lunch at home if you can’t “deal” with airport food.
Airport food definitely gets a bad rap most of the time but I tell you what, Mi Casa is definitely a cut above the rest! We've hit this spot several times in our travels and are never disappointed. No matter how busy the little spot is, the servers are friendly and consistent. The drinks are amazing and the food is always served hot and quick. Those qualities in an airport restaurant are rare! Don't get the chips though, they're not fresh like we're all used to!!
Jake was great! Popped in to grab a drink before my flight and they were super warm and welcoming. More impressive, they were incredibly patient and more than cordial with what I would consider problem patrons. Airports don't always bring out the best in people unfortunately and Jake handled the (I'll say it) abuse with a graceful hand and cool head while still providing paying guests great service!
Bartender is amazing, always on top of everything even thow it was busy. She gave great recommendations on food. Best place for food at sea tac. Only downside, no bacon .
This place got some bad reviews, but we found it to be quite good, especially being in an airport. Our server, Matt, was exceptionally attentive. He even gave us a free taste of the Mexcal tequila, which he recommend we NOT get. So he made us vodka bloody Marys. They weren't fancy, but very tasty. We then ordered a veggie burrito, a shredded chicken burrito, and chips and salsa. The chips were warm and fresh. And 2 different salsas. Then we had a Modelo and a Margherita. Delish! This post is written in the fact we were in an airport, not a regular restaurant. BTW, some reviews stated that their burritos were small. We found them to be quite filling. We highly recommend.
Great atmosphere, great service , great drinks to cool off before a flight. Bartender Jaaken was amazing !! Will definitely be back here
